CITY OF DUNEDIN Pre-Qualification Statement and Questionnaire for the Construction of a New Dunedin City Hall RFQ 20-1166
The City of Dunedin, Florida will accept pre-qualification statements from contractors desiring to become pre-qualified to bid on the construction of a new Dunedin City Hall (the “City Hall”). Pre-qualified contractors will be the only contractors permitted to bid on the construction of the new City Hall. The City Hall will be two stories and will contain approximately 38,500 square feet of space. The City Hall will be constructed at the site of old Municipal Services Building located at 750 Milwaukee Ave. Dunedin, FL 34698. Design of City Hall is ongoing and is being performed by Harvard Jolly, Inc. of St. Petersburg, FL. The City Hall will be designed to an ultimate three second gust wind speed of 158 miles per hour. Only contractors with specific and demonstrated experience in the construction of similar type facilities will be considered for pre-qualification for this project work.
