NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA002306AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, LANE, MARY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of December, 2020, the following described property:

BOOK 1081, PAGE 3614, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 51 THRU 73, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGES 47 THRU 57, CONDOMINIUM BOOK 24, PAGES 27 THRU 30, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 24, PAGES 90 THRU 97, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
