NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA-002817-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, MARGARET SUE ALLMON, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Stacy Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2021, the following described property:
LOTS 207, 208, AND 209, HUNDRED LAKES CORPORATION'S SUBDIVISION, INWOOD #5, WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA, AS SHOWN BY THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 1 AND 1A, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 40 FEET OF SAID LOTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
