Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated November 17, 2020, in Case No. 2020CA001498CAAXWS of the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida in which JOYDEN VENTURES, LLC is the Plaintiff and 7820 PINEAPPLE LANE, LLC; LOUIS NEWMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on December 29, 2020, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 1227, Less the West 5 feet thereof, JASMINE LAKES UNIT 7-A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 122 and 123, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
