Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of November, 2020, and entered in case No. 11-2020-CA-001517-0001-XX in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RIVIERA GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, JOHN M. MCCARTHY, CATHERINE M. MCCARTHY AND UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of December, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 37, RIVIERA COLONY GOLF ESTATES, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 109 through 113, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with that certain 1978 BARR mobile home with Identification Numbers FLFL2A845331735 and FLFL2B845331735 and Title Numbers 16805064 and 16805065 (together with all attachments, equipment and parts, now on and hereafter acquired)

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
