has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it, on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name is STARLETT M. Box 262, St. Petersburg, FL 33731, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court within 30 days from the first publication, or you will be defaulted and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
