Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 003462 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HABITAT FOR HUMANITY SARASOTA, INC., is the Plaintiff, and HEATHER BROPHY is the Defendant, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
“Lot 15, Block B, PLAT OF AVION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 112, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.”
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 21st day of December, 2020. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
