The South 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4, Less the West 398.17 feet, and the South 105 feet of Section 20, Township 36 South, Range 19 East, with an Easement of 25 feet wide along the East line, also an Easement of 20 feet wide along the North line of said property for ingress and egress purposes, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Derek W. Eisenmann, Esq., of Michael J. Belle, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2364 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida 34237, within 30 days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
