LESS EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR DOVER-SIDNEY ROAD, TOGETHER WITH SOUTH 150.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 960.0 FEET OF THE EAST ½ OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE EAST 435.0 FEET, THEREOF, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. a/k/a 1922 Sydney Dover Road, Dover, FL 33527.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 A.M., on the 5th day of January, 2021.
