Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on November 24, 2020, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 216 of OLD BRIDGE VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., a Cooperative Mobile Home Park, according to Exhibit B (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease, recorded July 12, 2002 in O.R. Book 3684, Page 4782, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended on September 27, 2006 together with mobile home located on said real property, having vehicle identification number(s) T23611372A and T23611372B.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, such sale to be held online at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on January 8, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
