Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 5, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 11 AND 12, BLOCK A, FAIRMONT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1613 N MARTIN LUTHER KING JR AVE, CLEARWATER, FL 33755; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on JANUARY 26, 2021 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
