UNIT NO. 310 OF SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 11, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 66 THROUGH 72, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6319 PAGE 1759, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6323 PAGE 2374, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6975 PAGE 2144, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7455 PAGE 140, AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
