NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of October 2020 and entered in Case No. 18004831CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SHEILA A. HOFFMAN A/K/A SHEILA ANN HOFFMAN A/K/A SHEILA HOFFMAN; PROGRESSIVE AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE FOR CRYSTAL ANKRUM; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA; CRYSTAL ANKRUM; MELISSA N. CRONK; MICHELLE LYNN FRIEND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN E. STOCKSDALE A/K/A JOHN STOCKSDALE; ERIKA F. KRAUS; JOHN ERIC STOCKSDALE; ROBERT MICHAEL STOCKSDALE; CHRISTOPHER EMERICK STOCKSDALE; DAVID ALAN STOCKSDALE; RYAN STERLING STOCKSDALE; MARY KATHLEEN STOCKSDALE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN E. STOCKSDALE A/K/A JOHN STOCKSDALE; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of January 2021 at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, WHITE'S BLOCK 19 REPLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
