NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Partial Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 23, 2020, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Defendant, REBECCA CORBITT-DAUGHARTY's, undivided one-half tenancy in common interest in and to:
Unit 92, SUN KETCH II PHASE FOUR, a condominium, according to the map or plat thereof in Condominium Plat Book 96, Pages 75 through 83, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in the Declaration and Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6541, Page 1815, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all amendments thereto and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on December 23, 2020.
