Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2020, entered in 19-6975-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO ANTHONY CORDOVA, IRA #91861, 70% UNDIVIDED INTEREST AND EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO REBECCA CORDOVA, IRA #91860, 30% UNDIVIDED INTEREST is the Plaintiff and JOSHUA M. MELLER, a/k/a JOSHUA MELLER, a/k/a JOSHUA MICHAEL MELLER a/k/a JOSH MELLER, INVESTMENT RETRIEVERS, INC., WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING, LLC; VAEPAK COMPANY d/b/a COX TARGET MEDIA; PINELLAS COUNTY CONSTRUCTION LICENSING BOARD; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, RONALD J. MAUCK CONSTRUCTION INC., d/b/a RJM CONSTRUCTION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 13, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block F, ARCADIAN HEIGHTS, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 6, Page 41, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
