NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2020, and entered in 18-007736-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and A&V HOMES GROUP LLC; JANINE VILORIA; NINA ZANIEFSKI; ALEJANDRO VILORIA; FOX CHASE WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOX LAKE TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA , N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT are the Defendant(s).
