NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on December 28, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Lot 1, Peppertree Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 70-A through 70-C, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Commonly Known As: 1271 Peppertree Lane, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2019-394-CC, Plaintiff, Peppertree Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., vs. Jorge Caceras, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
