NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in this cause, in the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
Unit 314, VEL GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 672, Pages 1063 thru 1107, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and according to the graphic description contained in Condominium Book 3, Pages 23A thru 23W, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with the common elements appurtenant thereto, as described in the Declaration.
Together with Carport Space No. 75, of Vel Gardens Condominium; the described carport space is being conveyed as a limited common element and shall be a part of and pass with Unit 314, Vel Gardens Condominium, as an appurtenant thereto in accordance with the foregoing provision of the Declaration of Condominium of Vel Gardens Condominium.
