CACCIA; JULIE L. CACCIA; and SHADYBROOK VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). BOOK 1551, PAGE 3549, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK PAGE 13, PAGE 104, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
