NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA002590AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, JERRY E. LAFONTAINE AKA JERRY EUGENE LAFONTAINE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 19th day of January, 2021, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 505, BUILDING 5, PHASE 3, OF TWELVE OAKS I OF TARA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 31, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1429, PAGE 3579, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1446, PAGE 496, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
