NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2014, and entered in 2013CA-001627-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and JACK D. LOFTIN A/K/A JACK DEAN LOFTIN, JR; LEIGH NASHAN LOFTIN A/K/A LEIGH NASHAN SIMPSON LOFTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEIGH NASHAN LOFTIN A/K/A LEIGH NASHAN SIMPSON LOFTIN N/K/A GREG BERRIOS; HIGHLANDS RIDGE SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A HIGHLANDS RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LISA M. LOFTIN A/K/A LISA MARIE LOFTIN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ROBIN WALKER; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREW GARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CHRISTINA GARD; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s).
