NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2020, and entered in 2018CA002445 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC, F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNS, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF ROBERT JANKOWSKI, DECEASED; ANNE BANNING; HIGHLANDS RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MARY MILLER; ROBERT A. JANKOWSKI; PETER JANKOWSKI are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 06, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
