DOLES; THE HEALTH LAW FIRM AKA THE HEALTH LAW FIRM, P.A.; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
