NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 24, 2020, in Case No. 2019-CA-003710-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Embrace Home Loans, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Jonatan Rodriguez Roque; Valerie Laguna; Polk County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida; and Aqua Finance, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of January, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, THE PINES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 639 Ponderosa Drive West, Lakeland, Florida 33810.
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
