NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 20, 2020, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 32, WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 76, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
in an online sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 2, 2021, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
