NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019CA002323CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and JUANITA D. MURRAY; Unknown Spouse of Juanita D. Murray; HERNANI HERNANDEZ; Unknown Spouse of Hernani Hernandez; Ameris Bank; City of New Port Richey, Florida are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 457, TANGLEWOOD TERRACE, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
