NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 237, RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB PHASE 4A & PHASE 4B, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 41, Pages 53-55, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 11515 Lounds Court, New Port Richey, Florida, 34654.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 12, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
