Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 9, 2020 in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell an undivided one-half interest in the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
