NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th day of January, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and related personal property, situate and being in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 20, Township 39 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, thence South 81°31'20” West 155.98 feet to the center line of Tamiami Trail; thence North 34°09'10” West, along said center line 688.1 feet; thence South 55°50'50” West 50 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Tamiami Trail for a Point of Beginning; thence North 34°09'10” West, along said right-of-way line, 100 feet; thence South 55°50'50” West 200 feet; thence South 34°09'10” East 100 feet; thence North 55°50'50” East 200 feet to the Point of Beginning:
