NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th day of January, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and related personal property, situate and being in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 20, Township 39 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, thence South 81°31'20” West 155.98 feet to the center line of Tamiami Trail; thence North 34°09'10” West, along said center line 688.1 feet; thence South 55°50'50” West 50 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Tamiami Trail for a Point of Beginning; thence North 34°09'10” West, along said right-of-way line, 100 feet; thence South 55°50'50” West 200 feet; thence South 34°09'10” East 100 feet; thence North 55°50'50” East 200 feet to the Point of Beginning:
Less and Except all property lying within 50 feet of the survey line of State Road 45, Section 17010, said survey line being described as follows: Begin on the Southerly boundary of Section 20, Township 39 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, at a point 166.48 feet Westerly of the Southeast corner of said Section 20; thence run North 32° 53'30” West 3,845.09 feet to end right-of-way job, designated as Station 315+79.14, which said property was taken for road right-of-way purposes by the State Road Department, Case Number 69-825, being more particularly described in Deed to State Road Department recorded in Official Records Book 791, Page 745, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Foreclosure Judgment entered in Case No. 2020-CA-003437 NC, now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days from the date of the sale.
