NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2020, and Order Resetting Sale dated December 3, 2020 entered in Case No. 16-CA-010003 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE LODGE SERIES III TRUST is the
Plaintiff and MICHAEL W. JONES and KATRINA JONES are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on February 5, 2021, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
