Lots 18 and 19, Block 55, FORT MYERS SHORES UNIT NO. 5, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 66, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash on December 28, 2020, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM PRIOR TO THE CLERK REPORTING THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
