NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-002311 (G) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AJX MORTGAGE TRUST II, A DELAWARE TRUST, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and NANCY POLSTON A/K/A NANCY E. POLSTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY POLSTON A/K/A NANCY E. POLSTON; ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A AARON POLSTON, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 23 day of April, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 503, UNIT 13, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 55 TO 60, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
