NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-CA-006206 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Teresa M. Tremont a/k/a Teresa Mary Tremont, Deceased; Betty Miller; Joanne Tremont; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Elmer L. Tremont, Deceased; Ethan Tremont a/k/a Ethan Heriovich Tremont are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the February 3, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, BLOCK 16, UNIT 4, CYPRESS LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 5 AND 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
