NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-008099-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ANN M. EADES AKA ANN ELIZABETH MARKHAM EADES, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of January, 2021, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 101, CONGRESSIONAL BUILDING, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE LINKS, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5393, PAGES 1080 THROUGH 1150, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5747, PAGES 923 THROUGH 928, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 116 THROUGH 122, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
