NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-001028-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GEORGE APONTE, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of January, 2021, the following described property:
UNIT 660, BUILDING 6, THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUIM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14822, PAGE 374, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
