NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2020, and entered in 18-007372-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER BRANDY ARNOLD; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF PEGI A. GOFF A/K/A PEGI GOFF MATTHEWS A/K/A PEGI MATTHEWS A/K/A PEGI GOFF, DECEASED; UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY A/K/A ARNOLD BAILEY; JESSICA BROOKE ARNOLD; and ROBERT EARL RAMPY, IV are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 07, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
