NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2020, and entered in 20-001211-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LUIS A. DIAZ is the Defendant. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 07, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN, PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FL, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 12062 PAGE 1097 ID# 02-31-16-16344-002-0020, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 2 BLOCK 2 CLEAR VISTA. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13.
