NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2019, and entered in 19-003456-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and DONNA M. ISAACS; THOMAS E. ISAACS; NATURE'S PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 07, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
