NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause December 2nd, 2020, in Case No. 19-004718-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, BRIDGET M. KEARNEY-TOMCZAK is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT J. TOMCZAK and REAL ESTATE GROWTH PARTNERS, INC. are the Defendants, the Hon. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of Court's website for online auctions, http://pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 13th day of January, 2021, the property situated at 7100 Sunset Way, Unit 305W, St. Pete Beach, Florida 33706, and described as:
Unit Number 305, ENVOY POINT WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, and Special Parking Space Number #7, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condom-inium Plat Book 25, pages 1 through 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 26, pages 83 through 87, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium, and all exhibits attached to said Declaration and reference made a part thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4554, pages 1356 through 1449, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and amended by Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R.
