NOTICE OF FINAL ACCOUNTING AND PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
DUE TO CHANGE OF DOMICILE OF RESIDENT WARD
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND OFR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROBATE DIVISION

JACK KOURY,
Incapacitated.
COMES NOW, NICOLAS S. ROBINSON, ESQ., counsel for Alecia Lyons, limited guardian of the person and property of JACK KOURY, pursuant to Section 744.524, Florida Statutes (2020) and states follows:
1. That ALECIA LYONS (the “Guardian”) served as the duly appointed and acting limited guardian of the person and property of JACK KOURY (the “WARD”)
2. That the guardian has submitted her Amended Final Accounting herein on November 18, 2020 with service interested parties.
3. That the guardian has applied for discharge by way of her Petition for Discharge filed herein on October 29, 2020.
4. That this notice shall be published once a week for 2 consecutive weeks, in a newspaper of general circulation published in Pinellas County, Florida.
5. That the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the state of foreign jurisdiction, to wit: Massillon County, Ohio.
6. That any objections to the termination of the guardianship in this state shall be filed with the Clerk of the Above Court within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this notice, and shall state with particularity the basis for such objection and then serving a copy of such objection on the undersigned attorney.
7. The court shall hear any objections filed hereon and enter an order either sustaining or overruling the objection.
8. Upon the disposition of all objections filed, or if no objection is filed, final settlement shall be made by the Florida guardian. On proof that the remaining property in the guardianship has been received by the foreign guardian, the guardian of the property in this state shall be discharged. The entry of the order terminating the guardianship in this state shall not exonerate the guardian or the guardian's surety from any liability previously incurred.
