NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 70, CREEKWOOD TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Pages 70 to 76, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , at 11:00 A.M. on January 7, 2021
