NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 6, 2020, in Case No. 2020CA001145 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Headlands Asset Management Fund III, Series E, LP, is Plaintiff, and Daisy Gilbert, is Defendant, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of January, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031 (10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 23, ALL OF LOT 24, AND TE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 25, HOMESDALE COURT, ACORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 129 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1005 33rd Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205.
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements find fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
