YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for eviction of a mobile home tenant, money judgment and statutory lien regarding one (1) 1971 mobile home, VIN# 71521952, Title# 4600388 located on Lot 452, commonly known as 1687 Dorothy Blvd., Lutz, FL 33558, of Plaintiffs real property located at 20500 Cot Road, Lutz, Pasco County, Florida 33558, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jonathan James Damonte, B.C.S., the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 12110 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778, on or before January 19, 2021 and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
