NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Amended Final Summary Judgment of Partition entered on November 11, 2020, in the above-styled action in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SHERI PETTERS, ROSA KAY WILLIAMS, CAROL STONE, CANDICE NAPIER, JAMES ALAN STONE, HEATHER STONE, GARRETT STONE, JESSICA STONE n/k/a JESSICA VINCENT, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco County, Florida, on January 7, 2021, at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforclose.com, for the following described real property as set forth in said Amended Final Summary Judgment of Partition, to wit:

The West 880 feet of the South 14.89 acres of that part of the North 44 acres of the South 35 acres of the SW ¼ of Section 20, Township 25 South, Range 22 East, lying West of the U.S. Highway No. 98, Pasco County, Florida; ALSO DESCRIBED AS: Commence at the SW corner of Section 20, Township 25 South, Range 22 East, run thence North 0” 28' W 656.83 feet for point of beginning; thence run South 89” 45' 30” E 880.0 feet, thence run North 0” 28' W, 300.0 feet, thence run North 89” 45' 30” W 880.0 feet, thence run South 0” 28' E 300.0 feet to point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
