NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2018, and entered in 2017 CA 004219 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-3, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and BERNARDO AMBIZ A/K/A BERNARDO C. AMBIZ A/K/A BERNARDO AMBRIZ; ANGELINA C. AMBRIZ A/K/A ANGELINA AMBRIZ A/K/A ANGELINA CERVANTES; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 6, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
