TO THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THOMAS MONTGOMERY, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ALONSO B. MONTGOMERY and CHRISTINE FISCHER YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Enforce a Lien on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida: Lots 18736 & 18737 South Venice Unit 70, commonly known as 5930 Elton Road, Venice, Florida 34293 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the plaintiff's attorney, Michael A. France, whose address is 1515 Ringling Blvd., Suite 230, Sarasota Florida 34236, on or before December 31, 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of Court, either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This proposed Action will be published in the Business Observer for four (4) weeks.
