Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before January 19, 2021, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of you current address.
