COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, FLORIDA SIGNATURE HOMES, LLC, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on December 9, 2020. Case No: 20-CA-8244.
1. Lots 7 & 8, Block 4973, Cape Coral Unit 73, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 27, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 2716 Beach Parkway W., Cape Coral, Florida 33914
2. Lots 5 & 6, Block 4973, Cape Coral Unit 73, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 27,-40, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 2720 Beach Parkway W., Cape Coral, Florida 33914
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 12381 S. Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before January 25, 2021, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of you current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
