NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2020 and entered in Case No. 512017CA000949 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Eiland Park Townhomes Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Alana S. Helms and Marcus W. Helms, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 1st day of February, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 174 OF EILAND PARK TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60 AT PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A statement that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
