NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2016CA004049CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Jefferson Bank of Missouri is the Plaintiff and Theodore E. Lacy a/k/a Theodore Edward Lacy a/k/a Theodore Lacy; Lynnette Lacy a/k/a Margaret Lynnette Lacy; HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc.; Beneficial Florida, Inc.; Fairway Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Beacon Woods East Master Association, Inc.; Beacon Woods East Recreation Association, Inc.; Florida Housing Finance Corporation are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, FAIRWAY OAKS, UNIT TWO-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 113-115, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
